   But what if the negative ad is legitimate? If for instance the governor    
   is pushing lucrative contracts toward those who contribute to his    
   re-election fund, and the challenger presents evidence to that, then it    
   isn't just a negative ad, it is a legitimate issue. We had that happen    
   here. The gov just complained about negative ads and mud slinging, but    
   never denied the charges.
