   Air traffic to and from Cuba is threatened with serious disruption as the   
   country's kerosene supply runs low. The government has warned airlines that   
   Monday will be the last day fuel will be available at Cuban airports.   
       
   Until recently, Cuba received oil from Venezuela, but the US is now blocking   
   oil exports. President Donald Trump considers Cuba a threat to American   
   security.   
       
   Air Europa, Iberia, Neos, and Turkish Airlines, among others, operate flights   
   to Cuba from Europe.   
       
   A representative of Air Europa has confirmed that flights between Madrid and   
   Havana will continue for the time being. Refueling will be provided en route   
   in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
