MSGID: 2:292/854 1c1b0637       TZUTC: 0200        Have you always wanted to travel the world within a month? That is now       possible for approximately 100,000 euros with a private Boeing 757-200 from       Icelandair. The aircraft has an extra luxurious configuration with only 80       seats. National Geographic offers a 24-day world tour of ten sights on the       UNESCO World Heritage List. Under the guidance of various experts, travelers       receive detailed explanations about all the sights that the trip passes.               The journey begins in Washington and takes travelers past Machu Picchu, Easter       Island, Great Barrier Reef, the Taj Mahal, Petra and Marrakech. After 24 days,       the trip ends back in Washington.               The same Boeing aircraft is flown to almost all destinations. Only once is a       local airplane employed. Icelandair's 757-200 is aptly shrouded in National       Geographic's color scheme. The aircraft has a 2-2 configuration, with 75 of       the 80 seats intended for travelers. The leather seats have adjustable leg and       headrests and the backrest can also be tilted back 45 degrees.               Of course, overnight stays are also included in the trip. The hotels and       lodges have been selected according to National Geographic for their good       service, amenities and easy access to the sights to visit. In the more remote       locations, National Geographic has chosen the accommodations that offer enough       comfort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are arranged at all destinations. In some       cases, dinners are also arranged at specialty eateries so that travelers can       "get a glimpse of the local culture".               This world tour is offered several times. The next trip is planned from       December 29, 2022 to January 21, 2023. Reservations for this trip are no       longer possible. Travelers can still sign up for the waiting list. Six world       trips are planned in 2023 and two in 2024. If the trip is booked in pairs,       travelers will stay just under 100,000 euros per person. People who only book       a single pay a little more than 105,000 euros.               The National Geographic tour is similar to the Disney world tour, taking       Disney fans to all twelve theme parks in 24 days. They also fly around the       world with the same Boeing 757-200 (registration: TF-FIS). This tour takes       place from July 9 to August 1, 2023. This is exactly when the National       Geographic world tour is not offered.              --- DB4 - 20220519        * Origin: AVIATION ECHO HQ (2:292/854)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 15/0 80/1 90/1 105/81 106/201 120/340 123/131 129/305       SEEN-BY: 153/7715 221/1 226/30 229/110 111 112 113 275 317 400 424       SEEN-BY: 229/426 428 470 664 700 280/464 282/1038 292/854 8125 301/1       SEEN-BY: 317/3 320/219 322/757 335/364 342/200 396/45 460/58 633/280       SEEN-BY: 712/848       PATH: 292/854 229/426           |
