The ailing Icelandic price fighter WOW Air has signed a deal with Air Canada   
   for the sale of four Airbus A321s. WOW Air is in urgent need of money, and   
   sells half of its aircraft.   
       
   The four A321s will be flown to Canada in January 2019. As a result of the   
   sale, WOW Air's liquidity improves by twelve million dollars, according to the   
   airline company.   
       
   WOW Air hopes to be financially sound again with a fleet of eleven aircraft.   
   In addition to the four A321s, two A320s and all three A330s also leave the   
   fleet.   
       
   As a result of the downsizing, a number of services will be discontinued and   
   111 employees will lose their employment.
