|    More antifreeze problems.    |

No sooner do I post about my "bypass" work to fix the leaking auxiliary pump       on the Durango, and my wife calls me on the way home about another anti-freeze       related problem.              My bypass worked fine, but now the heater hose has about a 1" gash in it. It       happened about 2 inches from my bypass, right on a part of the hose that       bends/curves.               This goes back to my theory that sometimes it is just better to replace       everything in the area when working on something if you even suspect future       problems.              For the time being, I might do another "bypass", but this weekend plan to       replace the entire heater hose (which is a "Y" style, since it goes to two       heater cores) and install the new auxiliary coolant pump.              - Mark               --- WWIVToss v.1.50         * Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0)    |
