   Maryland's problem is different.  We are just too close to Washington DC.   
   Everything from central Maryland and parts south is either a government agency   
   and or a company that is directly linked to the government.  We like to call   
   them the beltway bandits.     
      
   On a government holiday, the roads are like a ghost-town.
