   Most of the cases I heard involved Dex-Cool eating away at the gaskets and   
   leaking.  The one mechanic said you can almost guarantee the early Dex-Cool   
   cars to have a coolant leak before 80k.

   Yes, they don't take advantage of people and run a nice shop.  This is why   
   they are always busy and you have to schedule an appointment to bring your car   
   to them.

   Is there an adjustment that can be made to stop the "cold engine value tap" or   
   whatever it is called?     
      
   It really isn't worth taking off the re-sealed value covers at this point.  I   
   think I'm going to try the 0W-20 synthetic on my next oil change.
