If there's a bolt holding the pack down       to keep it on the plug, you need to remove it, then just pull on the pack       to remove it from the plug. It is a slip fit onto the spark plug just       like a spark plug wire. BTW, don't do a half-axxed job, change all 8       plugs, no matter what it takes to get at those last two.
