   This county (Comal) is conservative too. We're located adjacent to a   
   county (Bexar) that isn't though and they try to push their weight around.   
   i.e. their water district is trying to get a foothold on our water sources   
   and the county adjacent to them (Guadalupe) is fighting them off too.

   I used to take advantage of the 'laid off' time allocated to me by some   
   contract work. Then I went into business for myself and there wasn't any   
   PTO or days off for that matter.
