RW> Home Depot and Lowes both sell a vent that you can install into the dryer       RW> exhaust. I used to have one in San Diego, but it got lost in the       RW> transition and I havn't bothered to replace it yet.              Yet another thing that would have been a good idea to do before finishing the       basement (along with the 220 outlet). Our dryer is right next to the garage,       but the vent goes through the ceiling of the basement all the way to the other       side of the house and out.               Installing a flapper to manually change the vent to go into the garage would       be nice. I guess I didn't think of all the "Man-Cave" ideas before finishing       the basement. They could probably still be done, just not as easy.              RW> That's OK, as long as the accessory and the lamps aren't too much draw.              I don't think there is anything on my "accessory" wire on the bike. Some HD's       make use of that circuit for various lights, but I don't think mine was one of       them. I never had a blown fuse - and I use the heated grips often - even when       it is semi-warm outside.              RW> My friend Andrew rode his Kawasaki to visit his mother and family in       RW> Minnesota, via New Mexico northward through Colorado and S Dakota. He was       RW> bucking headwinds full of rain all the way. He found a motel somewhere in       RW> Colorado where they let him park his bike under a sheltered spot so he       RW> could start out with a dry seat in the morning. He had monkey butt almost       RW> all the way. I'm glad I dicided not to venture that far away from home.              I only had around one month's experience riding when I got caught in that       massive thunderstorm. It was good to learn that early on. They always said       that everyone that rides a motorcycle will eventually get wet - which is why       they never cancel riding lessons on the weather.              - Mark              --- WWIVToss v.1.50         * Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0)    |
