   I remember those large TVs with the huge tubes.  We still had one when I was   
   in my teens (in the 80s).  It worked great on the 5-8 channels that we could   
   pickup with the antenna.  :)

   I have never had any problems with Wells Fargo.  I was impressed that they   
   were one of the only banks that allows the mortgage acceleration program - and   
   doesn't charge you for it.     
      
   There are plenty of other banks that I despise (BoA).     
      
   A few years ago, things got ugly in my dealings with one of my old lenders   
   (Amtrust Bank).  They had been taken over by the FDIC and were holding up my   
   refi.  Once I talked to the right person there, the paperwork was done by the   
   next morning.
