TW> They would put yuo in the Minority it seems .Almost eveeryoen here riuns       TW> a Strait Pipe with NO baffles on their motorcycle. And let you tell you       TW> those Harleys are LOUD.       TW> I kinda like the Shrill Scream of the Crotch Rockets though.              I had removed the baffles on my Harley, but ended up putting them back in       because it seemed like I lost horsepower. It also had a tinny type of sound       with them out.               From what I was told, if you change your pipes or do anything with the baffles       - you should have your carb adjusted to work with your configuration. I have       S&S slip-on style pipes on mine which are loud, but won't make you go deaf.        It is deep and throaty sounding.              - Mark              --- WWIVToss v.1.50         * Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0)    |
