   There would be no cars left on the road in West Virginia and PA if they had   
   that law.  The Walmart parking lots would be empty, too.   
      
   The emmissions test in MD is just a tax.  The vehicles that do the pollution   
   are exempt (due to age, engine swap, or other condition).     
      
   The less the state and federal government is involved with my car (and all   
   things for that matter), the better I feel.
