   That's not as crazy as you might think. We do that here and it's a breeze.   
   It's a good way to get the bald tired, clunkers off the road. Not to   
   mention making you safety aware of your car. Of course, it makes a big   
   difference if you don't have to smog check it too. The safety check only   
   costs $13 and takes maybe 15 minutes. Passing the check gets you a safety   
   sticker that allows you to drive on public roads hassle free.
