Was wondering I recently have one heck of a noise and shake comming from my    
      
   saturn 1.9liter engine   
   From what i can see at looking at the Belt tensioner  it seems to be Jumping    
      
   around quiet a bit ,  is it possible that the bearings in the tensioner may    
      
   be shot and this is what is causing the shake , and the really bad rattle    
      
   noise , its like the exhaust heat shield is rattling , but if you drive it    
      
   and idle high the noise goes away , its mainly when your at idle or put it in    
      
   like drive or reverse , reverse especially it vibrates like crazy   
    I didnt notice any of the mounts on the engine to be bad
