RW> TW> I see where Moble1 now has an Extended Range version and theyare       RW> TW> advertizing up to 15,000 miles(Very Light duty service I am       RW> TW> sure) between changes, OR a maximum of ONE year between oil       changes.              RW>I haven't seen that one. I doubt that I'd use it anyway.              Wel the oil itslef soes not wear out and since the full synethic does       not break down like standard oil in some cases they use very long times,       Years, between actual oil chnages. The case I am thinking of in a       submarien Diesel engine. OF course they had the oil analized periodisly,       Uses a very fine bypass filter and ran the oil through a       Purifier(Centrifuge) to really clean out any contaminaton. And depending       on the results of tha analysis would add additiaves to bring them back       up to what level was desired.              After saying al of that it is far more practical to just change it when       used in smaller engines.       ---        þ SLMR 2.1a þ 0         * Origin: Since 1991 And Were Still Here!
