   My brother has gone to Klausmeyers before for some repairs.  I just wanted a   
   simple alignment.  If it couldn't be done do to damage, they should have said   
   that in the beginning.   
      
   I don't trust them at all, so I don't even know if the upper control arm is   
   bent.  If it was, I can replace that myself (once I buy my 33-gallon air   
   compressor). The only thing they did correctly was rotate the tires and change   
   the oil.     
      
   I thought about sending in a complaint to the store owner, but I have already   
   wasted enough time with them.
