   The US and Foreign countries are being flooded with fake parts.   
   Some with near perfect packaging to fool the repair stations buying   
   them. And some repiar stations are cutting costs by "Buing Cheep at   
   any Price"   
   The Air Force has a big problem because they deal with so many small   
   contractors under Federal guidelines.
