Just passing thru after a long absence. I well remember the Yugo and it       WAS closest to the worst car ever imported as my daughters husband bought       one.       But I did not expect much else as it was Russian Copy of a Fiat and they       made some very bad cars on their own for the common man.              tom Walker       >        > Just wondering if any of you out there in BBS land remember the       good old        > Yugo.       >        > I fix up old and odd ball cars to pass time over the winter months.       As a        > mechanic I try and find cars that I don't see or work on in my day to day        > life.       > A few years back it was a VW Rabbit, Then an datsun 610, this year its a        > 1988 Yugo GV.       > I found it a few hours away in need of some serious work, and decided the        > time was right to see for myself if the Yugo really was the worst car ever        > built.       > I'm about 70% back together with it, and I can tell you already...
