|    Remove front spoiler?    |

Ok, I have one to throw out there. I have a 2012 Ford Escape (Mazda       Tribute). It has gotten me through some rough winters and has some generous       ground clearance. I have Firestone Destination A/T tires on it which are       fairly decent offroad, in the wet and in deep snow. My problem is the stupid       front spoiler really gets in the way of everything. I hit a snowplowed drift       with it and pulled it loose and secured it better. I drove through a small       flood a few weeks ago in New Bedford MA (4 inches of rain that day) and       worked it loose again. So, does it really give any MPG advantage to have it       in place and does it really increase cooling to the engine? I would just       like to remove it and put a bull bar on the front to hold of couple of       aftermarket lights. Ground clearance would be more than excellent then!              ÖÄ· Ò ÉÍ» · Ö ÖÄ· ÉÍ» ÉÍ» ÉÍ» Õ˸ ÖÄ· · Ö ÉÍ» Ò Alpha Centauri BBS       ÇĶ º ÇÄÐ ÇĶ ÇĶ º ÇÄ º Ó· º ÇĶ º º ÇÄÓ· º Cape Cod Massachusetts       Ð Ð Ð Ð Ð Ð Ð Ð Èͼ Èͼ Ð ½ Ð Ð Ð Èͼ ½ Ð Ð acentauribbs.no-ip.org              --- Virtual Advanced Ver 2 for DOS         * Origin: Alpha Centauri BBS (1:322/757)    |
