   Yes, probably after many mechanics complained.. :)     
      
   Sort of like how GM added an access panel to many later model vehicles to   
   access the fuel pump without dropping the tank.   
      
   I am thankful that my Monte Carlo has that access panel for when I go to   
   tackle that job eventually.
