   Roger, I am not sure if this is your problem, but I had a truck that would   
   have to sit for 30 minutes after driving before it would restart.   
      
   It had to do with the spring in the starter getting too hot. It needed to   
   cool down before it would engage the starter again.   
      
   Just a thought...
