I do. I bought it new in 2002 and have logged every single thing I have done
to it in an MS Word file, complete with dates, mileage, etc - right down to
replacing a light bulb. I ran perfectly fine and the engine was clean,
including the inside. It was just that those two ports on the passenger side
(front) of the motor had rotting aluminum. The other ports looked perfect.
The gasket wouldn't have been able to sit flush on the surface, since there
was a few spots that the gasket had nothing to sit on. It was like a cavity.

He said it is very rare, but has seen antifreeze with a charge going through a
motor with a voltmeter. He said you run an additional ground as a work-around
if you are aware of the problem. Other than that or a defective head from the
factory - which is possible also, they are the only things he could think of
that would cause that deterioration on the heads.
