I tried that, but couldn't find a battery that fit the space HD made for
the battery. That was in 08 or 09 and had to go back to the HD dealer to
get an overpriced pos from them. When it failed again in less than a year,
I just let it sit until I can find one that is priced right and will fit
the space that it needs to go into.

MH> I just plug it into the trickle charger when I don't ride it for more

   Is that a LAB?

MH> Looks like I won't have to test out the warranty after-all. The

   Cool.

RW>> Unless your driveway has a grade to it. Then the car parked behind

MH> THey just don't make garages large enough. Getting a decent sized

MH> out of the vehicle, etc.

OTH, my garage houses the 56 and the Camaro, along with the washer and
dryer with my work space in front of the 56/Camaro, which includes a CNC
verticle mill, my machine shop roll-away and tool box, with another one
along side of it for tools that used to be in my machine shop rollaway.

And then there is the spare hood for the 56 sitting under some new but yet
to be fully used, shelving, along with my roll away containing automotive
tools. And the HD sits behind the 56, allowing the door to be closed
behind it. My only complaint is that the Camaro had to sit outside from
Jan to Jun so that I could tear down the wall that used to seperate my
work area from car space, so that I could move the mill all the way to the
back of the garage. I thought I may have expand the garage to fit
everything in, but put a lot of stuff in a storage shed behind the garage.

MH> I don't mind parking outside unless it is pouring down rain and I
MH> have loads of groceries to bring in the house.

That's where a pickup or an SUV comes in handy. I fill the PU bed with
groceries, back up to the garage door and unload it under the overhang,
rain or shine. That's the shortest path to the kitchen anyway.
