   That wasn't one of therir Teaser specials thatin 6 months the price   
   jumps up is it??   
      
   And becasue of varing conditions the States speed is normaly an "UP To"   
   speed and not the guranteed speed al the time.   
   And if you were getting more and it droped there was a change of   
   "Condition somewhere"   
   BUT AT&T being AT&T and following their SCREW the Customer polict I see   
   nothing wrong.   
   Incidnetly Pac Bell here was gobbled up by the company before it became   
   AT&T there and our Servide want to Hell. OF course that is what they   
   were fasmous for according to a Retired Pac Bell friend.
