Just got a call from the shop about an hour ago.   
      
   It seems it wasn't the oil pan gasket, but two other things.  The oil drain   
   plug and the front crank seal.     
      
   It was tough to find the leak myself since I had the engine painted a shiny   
   black.  The green dye in the oil (which they had put in a few months ago) only   
   shows up easy if you wear goggles with a special tint to them.   
      
   I have heard that if you have any problems with Jasper motors, they come up   
   early and are typically small leaks from seals, etc.   
      
   The repair cost nothing, since they have a 3 year 100k warranty - which is the   
   best in the business.     
      
   I'll be picking the Monte up later this evening, all cleaned up.  :)
