   Whale! Yesterday I was offered an 'upgrade' to include TV and/or a phone,   
   but I declined.   
      
   When I finished bitching about the slow speed that I was paying for and   
   the fact that I've been a customer for the last 5 years, they offered me   
   an upgrade to 6Mb/s for less than I was paying for, as it turned out,   
   1.5Mb/s...   
      
   It wasn't much of a hassle, but took about 50 minutes to accomplish.   
      
   Speedtests today indicate 4.4Mb/s, a bit slower than 6Mb/s, but I'm happy   
   with the results.
