They refer to the Ford fluid as F-Type. It or their 'Trick Shift' fluid is
also recommended by B&M when you upgrade a GM trans with one of their
shift kits. The kit moves a few oil passages around, deletes 'rubber ball'
valves and applies more pressure to the clutch discs. To keep those discs
locked up under the higher pressure, they tell you to switch to the F-type
   or Trick Shift fluid.

My first B&M kit was in my 1970 Firebird's TH350 and it would chirp the
tires during the 1-2 shift and a slight chirp could be heard during the
2-3 shift. I couldn't hear it chirp on the 2-3 shift inside the car, but
bystanders would tell me that they could hear it chirp as I went down the
1/4 mile at Carlsbad. (400ci, 335hp Pontiac engine, 12 bolt posi rear)
