   Also nothing is impossible even in fidonet but in the case of the obsolete MSG   
   header's datetime stamp I think you're right about 'almost impossible'.

   If that is all you require then I'd suggest the RFC-3339, or something like   
   it, is the way to go.  No harm, no foul.
