   Sounds pretty well much like what is happening across Canada today, although   
   BC sounds like they plan to take a more cautious approach in the immediate   
   future.  At present the worst outbreak is in Quebec and they sound the most   
   anxious to get things going again.

    NB> spiking up again... or at least that's the stated rationale...   
      
   From my understanding of the local scene, one confirmed case would be a spike   
   here, but then again the powers that be may be holding out on that   
   information.  On that note, nobody I am aware of has picked up the bug.
