   It used "LANG=en_US.utf8 TZ=EST5EDT date --date=@${unixtime}" to generate it.    
   I noticed using LANG=en_US.utf8 causes the 12 hour clock AM/PM to be outputted   
   rather than the usual 24 hour clock (eg LANG=en_CA.utf8).
