   Only for those of us who are using GUI clients. Especially for the FTN    
   clones that are more agressive on evolving the readers with ANSI, MCI,    
   PipeCodes, and now MIME embedded attachments.   
      
   Like the discussion of ^aCOLS:, where I could see it being useful for    
   those of use with GUI knowing to do:   
   (a) Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"   
   (b) Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"; format=flowed   
      
   *If* it becomes too much for people to handle in their readers, I will    
   add logic to my tosser to filer it out of @fidonet stream. ;-)
