   Here is wierd. It's cold enough for snow 3 months of the year but normally dry   
   then.  Now it's wet but just over warm levels.   
      
   Had it been the normal cold, we'd have had a collective of near 2ft snow by   
   now (granted not on the ground as much would have melted off between events).
