I have no idea how far they wander but given the frequency I used       to see them before mid May I thought a few city blocks might be the extent of       their range. I am basing this on earlier evidence of spotting a different       flock in the school yard, which is roughly two city blocks away, after       spotting the local flock in my back yard a few minutes earlier when driving to       town a couple years ago.               NB> Does human activity arounf your area decrease after Labour Day...?              Yes. Even moreso after Canadian Thanksgiving (second Monday in October).        After that it is just what we in the neighbourhood call regulars.
