   If I am not using message bases then how do these messages find themselves in

   Whose dupes am I checking for?  If the inbound, then I'd suggest that it is   
   too late for dupe checking if dupes are getting past the system(s) upstream.    
   None of them are finding their way past this system, not that there have been   
   any dupes in this short space of time since the EuroPoint came online.
