   Are you saying that the warning wasn't given out properly for this   
   one...?  Here on the east coast news, we heard about the warning, and   
   then the eventually lifting of it when it was found to not be happening   
   after all...  Or were you saying that the Alaska earthquake came without   
   warning....?
