     It has happened before, but it's rare. In Hawaii, the snow is usually   
   on the tops of the mountains or volcanoes. In Florida, it's usually in   
   the panhandle. However, on Jan. 19, 1977, it snowed in Miami,   
   Florida...and I was there. :) That year, nearly the entire citrus crop   
   was wiped out...it became "Florida Oranges From California".
