   That describes any unice since the dawn of time ... errr ... except ssh.  I am   
   not sure when that first showed up on the scene but I've been using it   
   (openssh) since about 2000-ish.

   I just saw the notice that everybody is a winner.  No surprise there.  I think   
   the only reason they have an election is to generate some traffic in a   
   normally dead echo (FTSC_PUBLIC).
