Hey Nancy!               NB> I see you managed to get the time exact to the second              I used two side by side terminals, one displaying the time in seconds, the       other with the new cybertoasting routine locked and loaded on it's       commandline. All I had to do was hit the enter key once 01:59:59 UTC was       displayed on the other terminal. Also I dropped the nanosecond part from the       extra special datetime stamp which always displays a nonzero number. The odds       of it ever displaying 21:00:00.000000000 EST are remote, to say the least.        However I am confident that it is (was) up to the second accuracy with respect       to acceptable and accessable network time protocol servers.              I plan to do the same come 2018-01-01 albiet with a different toast, subject       and tagline. I believe this method has proved itself with respect to       maximization of temporal accuracy.              Life is good,       Maurice              ... Future cybertoasts of note:        2018-01-01 is 55 days from now and falls on a Monday.        2024-11-05 is 2555 days from now and falls on a Tuesday.       --- GNU bash, version 4.4.12(1)-release (x86_64-silvermont-linux-gnu)        * Origin: Pointy Stick Society - Ladysmith BC, Canada (1:153/7001.250)    |
