   Yes it is.  I am betting it has something to do with (U)EFI in the bios.  Also   
   HP likes to do things differently without informing anybody that matters.  I   
   haven't had a HP server for a couple decades now but I do recall the last one   
   being a real pain until I finally got it straight, and then it was rock   
   solid.  That would have been in the mid to late 1990's so it has been awhile   
   and there was no (U)EFI crap back then.
