     I most definitely don't *know* that!   
      
      To me "fair use" means just that: fair use. Fair to the producer (no loss   
   what so ever) and fair to the consumer (no moneymaking from it). Nothing more,   
   nothing less.   
      
      I *am* though aware of the fact, that US lawmakers have changed the   
   definition of "fair use" down to almost nothing, if that's what you mean.
