   -=*hell no*=- it has more to do with no one doing the necessary work to make   
   it happen... whether's that's on ward's head or the one who is/was supposedly   
   taking care of things or if it is on the heads of others heading up those   
   subdivisions is another question completely...

   yes, the biggest problem that i saw was the resistance by many to incorporate   
   some internet capablities with fidonet capabilities...
