As we all know, the certified IP flags changes quite often, so I've pulled   
   them out from a huge PAS file into one simple to maintain Flags.pas file. ATM   
   I have these:   
      
      TCPFlags = 'BINKD, BINKP, BND, BNP, IBN, IFC, IP, ITN, IVM, TCP, TEL,   
   TELNET, VMP';   
      
      As a member of the FTSC I know of course what flags are allowed today, but   
   if you can come to think of any flags that needs to be added -- or what flags   
   can safely be removed without breaking any archaic    
   software out there, please let me know.
