   That's an old binary from the Radius 4.009-29.12.02 version, from 2003.   
      
   You need the last version for Radius 4.010-2005/01/05, from 2005.  I'll put   
   the ZIP on hold for you to pickup.  It seems to be an amalgam of a couple of   
   RARs I've used on my system.
