   Simply put the semaphore file to where Argus expects it...

     Config-->Externals-->Flags   
      
   If so, then here's your chance.  Simply fill the grid with the location of   
   where JamNNTPd shoves the semaphore file, and then with what FroDo used to   
   do.  Easy peasy.
