      Nah, just kidding, this is more of an attempt to make sure that you are   
   still connected, after the recent disconnection from the echo. Now that we're   
   on Fidoweb, all should be fine.

      I've been experimenting quite a lot with those settings, but eventually   
   decided to let it go. Yes, having log files that grows into hundreds of   
   megabyte made my old DOS/10MB_HD/2400_modem gut squirm, but eventually I woke   
   up and realized where we are ATM.
