We received the following response about toys that are missed or bring back       specific memories: :       "Books, books and more books! I loved reading and picked up every Judy Bolton       or Trixie Belden or Kay Tracey or Nancy Drew I could find. Today, I have many       of the girls' series books in my library and when I see them I love the       feeling I get. Same as when I go into a used book store and find the vintage       children's section. I get the warm fuzzies! Noella"              If you have an opinion, or a story, in reference to any of the above topic, or       any of our recent topics, we'd love to hear from you! Please send it to:       Phil@BigNews.biz and maybe we will run it in an upcoming newsletter.              A request for identification:              "Here is an old tool marked "ROESCH TOOL PRODS LA 34 CAL" This tool looks like       some kind of crimping/bending tool. The tool has a handle like a set of       pliers with a wide jaw. The jaw is smooth with no teeth and is 3-3/8 inches       wide. The tool is 8-3/4 inches long and appears to be very old. I can't find       anything like it on the internet. Bruce L."              You can see six different photos of Bruce's Roesch tool here: ht       p://on.fb.me/1cyHOpR       -------       Another request for identification:              "Dear Phil, I purchased this beautiful green art glass vase at a tag sale and       have spent a lot of time researching it without any luck. Perhaps one of your       readers can help. Vase measures 8CÇØ high, 8CÇØ at widest - including applied       decoration (rigaree), 6.5 inches wide without rigaree and 4 inches deep at       base. Many thanks, Nancy G."              You can see three different photos of Nancy's vase here: http://       n.fb.me/14K7nkT              Do you have an item in your collection that you need help identifying or just       would like to share with our readers? Drop me an email with a photo attached       and we'll include it in our newsletter and on our Facebook page. Send them to       me at phil@Bignews.biz       -----              We have even more interesting items that need to be identified. They will be       posted in our next newsletter and on facebook within the upcoming weeks.              -----------------------------------------------------------------              --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Dada-1        * Origin: Prism bbs (1:261/38)    |
