   A reader from Wisconsin wanted to share this vintage recipe for Carrot Bars.    
   Thank you, Doris!   
      
   4 eggs, beaten until light   
   2 c. sugar   
   2 tspn baking soda   
   1 tspn salt   
   2 tspn cinnamon   
   2 c. flour   
   2 lg or 4 small jars of baby food carrots   
      
   Beat eggs, add all ingredients except baby food. When well mixed, add baby   
   food carrots.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes in an 11x15 pan.   
      
   Cream Cheese Icing   
   1 8oz brick of cream cheese   
   1 stick butter   
   1 tspn vanilla   
   1 box powdered sugar   
      
   Combine and beat until light and fluffy. Use to frost cooled baby food carrot   
   bars.
