   Merlene H sent this:
Jim H asked for a recipe for Hot Fudge Topping that reminded me of this one.
It's from a can of Carnation Evaporated Milk, really good and easy. You could
add Amaretto. Hope this helps. Merlene

   Chocolate Fudge Sauce

   1 1/2 c (12 oz can) Carnation Evaporated Milk 2 c (12 oz pkg) Nestle Toll
House Chocolate Chips 2 t vanilla extract

Combine evaporated milk and chips, microwave a minute and a half. Stir and
continue in microwave 30 seconds at a time until smooth. Add vanilla. Store
   in frig.

   9. As with collectibles, people also have very strong feelings about foods
from their past. Sometimes these special recipes get lost. This section is to
help people who are looking for lost recipes from their past. If you submit a
request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe.

We don't have any special requests this week. Does anyone have a favorite fall
vintage recipe they'd like to share?

If you have a vintage recipe request send it to recipes@tias.com and we might
   just publish it here.
