   Here's a recipe for Salsa from Carol T of Cullman, AL. Thanks, Carol!   
      
   Salsa Recipe   
      
   1 can Hunt's sweet onion diced tomatoes 1 can Hunt's diced tomatoes   
   1 cup fresh cilantro   
   1 teaspoon minced garlic   
   1 teaspoon sugar   
   1 teaspoon salt   
   2 teaspoons smoked chipotle sauce   
   Few dashes of chili powder   
      
   Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3   
   minutes.  Pour into a bowl and enjoy!

   A reader wants to know if anyone has a recipe for Chicken en Croute. She had   
   it at a restaurant in Birmingham, MI in the 80s or 90s (Alban's Bottle &   
   Basket) which is now closed.  It had spinach, mushroom and chicken in a cheesy   
   sort of sauce inside, with the same cheesy sauce over the puff pastry.  It   
   didn't have sun dried tomatoes or mozzarella, like most of the recipes she's   
   found on the internet.
